Your will play a pivotal role in:
Provides staffing and personnel administration services in support of an organisation's human resource policies and programs
Providing high level administrative support
Compiling weekly HR KPI reports
Ensuring compliance with legislation and JBS Policies and Procedures
Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
Ensuring Human Resources Management System (HRMS) compliance
Recruiting and selecting appropriate candidates, maintaining site manning and operational requirements.
You should have:
