Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Coordinator to manage all HR functions within our dynamic team. This standalone role is ideal for an HR professional eager to take ownership of the HR lifecycle, from recruitment to compliance, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance review cycles, assist in setting KPIs, and support managers in performance-related discussions.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, maintain accurate employee records, and manage HR documentation.
- Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legislation and best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Health & Safety: Oversee OHS compliance, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a standalone role.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
