With 40 years of continuous growth and service diversification, we are the exclusive authorised dealer for Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia, as well as Lexmark Australia.
Your Role:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Install and maintain new print devices (multi & single function).
- Offer in-house support and meet KPIs.
- Manage van and warehouse stock levels.
- Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Deliver consumables as needed.
- Answering questions and troubleshooting problems related to software and hardware
- Setting up and managing computer networks
- Modifying current software to align with user needs
About You:
- Enthusiasm & Initiative: Bring your positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Solutions-focused with a knack for troubleshooting.
- Technical Experience: Skilled in mono and colour digital processes, printer and photocopier repairs, and electromechanical troubleshooting.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-functioning team
- You are willing (and maybe even excited) to travel around the NT (and occasionally interstate)
What you need:
- Diploma or higher qualification related to Information Technology
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in ICT Support
- Remuneration package is generous, and negotiable based on experience
- Must have a valid driver license
