As our Intake Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients and their families. You'll manage client enquiries, coordinate in-home assessments, and ensure a smooth and professional intake experience.
You'll use your strong time management, ethical judgment, and organisational skills to help us deliver on our mission:
“Improving the quality of life for those we serve.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients
- Maintain accurate client records and follow ethical standards
- Work closely with care coordinator, nurses and admin teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Ethical, reliable, and compassionate approach
- A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable using systems, software, and managing data
- Experience in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Support
- Holds a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Certificate 3 Individual Support (Highly Desirable)
- Blue Card
