The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to guide our customer support team and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll be the go-to person for coaching, support, and driving performance—especially during peak gifting seasons.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or retail sales
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Familiarity with customer support platforms, CRM software, and MS Office
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Confidence in providing tailored gifting solutions to customers
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
- A collaborative spirit and a sense of fun!
