At Eden Academy Maddingley you will join a compassionate and collaborative team in a supportive and welcoming centre.
We operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 110 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
This position will be supporting our Kinder rooms, up to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) and up to 30 hours per week.
In your role as a Inclusion Support Educator;
- You naturally demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality care
- Supporting our kinder rooms in their regulation and learning
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children
- Empower children to become independent learners by nurturing curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness
- Engage in meaningful interactions and conversations that inspire inquisitive minds
- Create a strong foundation for each child's lifelong learning journey
- Work alongside a kind and dedicated team in a supportive centre
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- Previous experience in children's behavioural regulation is highly regarded
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
