We’re currently seeking reliable, self-motivated and compassionate domestic cleaners/housekeepers to join our team as independent contractors, providing vital support to our aged care, insurance and NDIS clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms
- Change bed linen and assist with laundry and ironing
- Dispose of household waste and maintain general tidiness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients
- Follow client-specific cleaning schedules and preferences
- Perform unaided shopping for clients based on pre-arranged lists and needs
- Communicate any concerns or changes in client needs to the appropriate contacts
- Report any health or safety concerns to the appropriate team member
- Treat all clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and confidentiality
Requirements for the role:
- Experience providing in-home domestic cleaning and household chores
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Proficient in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Commitment to providing excellent service with a respectful and compassionate approach
- ABN and relevant insurances (public liability, comprehensive car insurance)
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
- Access to a reliable and fully insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two relevant work references
