Remuneration: Health Manager Level 2: $109,857.00 - $129,624.00 per annum and 11.5% superannuation

Health Manager Level 3: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 per annum and 11.5% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38

Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards / Sky Central, Charlestown - with hybrid working arrangements available.


The Opportunity

Are you passionate about industrial relations and confident navigating complex workplace issues? We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Relations Advisor to join our dedicated Workplace Relations Team at HealthShare NSW. In this critical role, you’ll provide expert advice and strategic support to help manage a wide range of industrial and employee relations matters across a large and diverse workforce.

You'll work as a trusted advisor, interpreting industrial awards, contributing to the development of fair and practical solutions, and representing the organisation in key tribunals. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with industrial associations and supporting workplace investigations and policy development to uphold transparency and compliance.
