About the role
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Port Macquarie and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.

Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects

Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained

Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
A bit about you

You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.

Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.

Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
