WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Inventory Optimization Lead you are responsible for:
Inventory Optimization
Follow up inventory targets for warehouse and support with actionable direction.
Initiate & Coordinate moves between channels to optimize stock levels.
Execute system set-ups to secure warehouse stock composition and optimize SKU.
Monitor and execute system set up to enable stocking in collaboration with Demand & supply unit, Merchandise lead and Logistics.
Set external exit strategy for inventory together with regional and global counterparts.
Follow up on bought levels and update setting targets in OMNI Multi Season tool.
Tracking returns levels and reasoning.
Garment Flow Planning
Optimize supply to minimize constraints and drivers impacting sales in line with inventory optimization strategy set by the regional inventory team.
Monitor and act on inbound/outbound garment flow to support logistics planning.
Follow up execution of framework for prioritization of articles for allocation to secure commerciality.
Support the capacity planning in warehouses
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Inventory Optimization Lead, you are a key member of the merchandising team, you will be reporting to the OMNI Head of Merchandising and you will collaborate regularly with other functions in the local market such as Country Visual, Marketing and the Warehouse team as well as Regional teams in Sweden.

We are looking for people with…
University degree, preferably within Business, Economics/Finance (or similar) or technical/quantitative field.
At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, inventory optimization, or supply and demand planning.
High level of salesmanship
Retail knowledge: Deep expertise in retail operations and market trends.
