APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 124,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members.
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Invoicing and Collections Administrator to join our Events Administration team within Licensing Operations. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional service experience throughout the invoicing and collections journey for our concert and event clients.
As part of the Events Administration team, you’ll take ownership of invoicing and collections for concert and event clients, ensuring all actions are completed accurately and on time to support timely royalty payments to our members.
This role is based in our Ultimo office, located on Gadigal land.
As an Invoicing and Collections Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver effective debtor management by proactively communicating with clients throughout all stages of the collections process, in line with company policies.
- Manage collections accounts within agreed business timeframes and service levels.
- Issue timely and accurate invoices for event licence applications to support prompt licence establishment.
- Monitor event-related mailboxes and ensure all correspondence is actioned efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer communications and account activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes or issues promptly and constructively. Identify and escalate account trends, risks, or concerns to the Senior Manager, Licensing Operations.

- Proven experience in a credit or collections environment, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of accounts, and drive outcomes.
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
