Laminated Benchtop Fabricator – Joinery/Workshop Role (Factory‑Based, Full Time)Position Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Fabricator to manufacture laminated benchtops from start to finish in our factory environment located in Berkshire Park (Western Sydney). Training will be provided, so if you have basic joinery or building knowledge, a positive attitude, and reliable transport—you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and machine benchtop boards (e.g. using spindle machines).
- Operate CNC machinery (programs pre-set).
- Complete finishing work using files, trim tools, and hand machinery.
- Use and maintain a variety of workshop machines and hand tools.
- Ensure product quality through precise cuts and attention to detail.
- Adhere to health, safety, and manufacturing standards.
Qualifications & Traits
- Basic knowledge of joinery or fabrication is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to take initiative with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Must have own transport—public transit isn’t available in this area.
