About the role:
We’re looking for an energetic, friendly coach to run fun, skills-based basketball sessions for children aged 5–11. You’ll lead warm-ups, teach fundamentals (dribbling, passing, shooting, defense), set up simple drills/games, and keep kids engaged and safe.
You’ll be great at this if you:
- Enjoy working with kids and bring positive energy to every session
- Communicate clearly and manage small groups confidently
- Are punctual, reliable, and professional
- Have prior experience coaching or assisting in basketball programs (beneficial, not essential)
Have or willing to obtain:
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
