Junior Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or a recent graduate to build a strong foundation in site supervision and construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily site operations to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project plans.
- Monitor site safety, ensuring all workers comply with WHS regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship, materials, and progress against the program.
- Assist with resolving site issues and liaising with the project manager to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily site diaries, safety reports, and material deliveries.
- Understand project plans, specifications, and Scope of Works to identify potential issues or improvements.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field) preferred
- Prior experience in site supervision or construction is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in Chinese (written) and Mandarin (spoken) required for communication with certain clients and project documentation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have own car
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
