Junior Team Member

Casa Nova Italian Toronto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hospitality Junior Team Members. As a leading player in the hospitality industry, we take pride in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas, including reception, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or assisting with any guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with the senior team members to maintain high-quality standards and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
• Learn and adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and fellow team members.
• Handle guest feedback and requests with empathy and a can-do attitude, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Support other team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to improve skills and knowledge in hospitality best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the business needs.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $18.00 – $36.15 per hour
