You’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and other engineers to champion best practices in quality engineering and automation.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Analyst, you’ll:
Design and execute test plans based on business requirements and technical documentation.
Run functional and regression tests to ensure new features work and existing ones remain stable.
Document everything—from test cases to results—so the team stays aligned and informed.
Identify and report bugs with clarity and precision using Azure DevOps.
Drive defect resolution by collaborating with developers and proactively removing blockers.
Evaluate testing tools and recommend the best fit for our needs.
Continuously improve testing processes and standards to raise the quality bar.
Participate in code reviews and help define quality gates.
Coordinate with client teams for integration and user acceptance testing.
Spot automation opportunities and help design frameworks to streamline testing.
Mentor and support junior associates, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
Who We’re Looking For
If you’re a recent graduate in technology or engineering (within the last 2 years) and passionate about software testing, automation, or quality engineering, this could be your next big step!

Additional Requirements
Security Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen with active or eligible security clearance.
Work Schedule: This is a managed services role, so flexibility is key. You may be required to work shifts, be on-call, and support after-hours deployments.
Location Commitment: Must be willing to work onsite at the client’s office 4 days a week.
Other Essentials
Must not have been terminated from a government agency or received poor performance feedback.
Must have lived in Australia for most of the past 5 years.
Must be up to date with tax obligations.
