At Pet Resorts Australia, we provide five-star care for our furry guests. We’re on the lookout for an animal-loving, hard-working, all-round legend to join our top-notch team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Socialising groups of dogs based on behaviour and personality
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms (yes, poop scooping is part of the gig!)
- Feeding and caring for our dog and cat guests
- Helping out with admin, bookings and greeting pet parents with a smile
Roster & Hours:
- Casual position – up to 5 shifts per week
- Must be available to work weekends and all NSW school holidays, including Christmas and New Year
- Standard shifts are 8 hours (and yes, time flies when you're surrounded by furballs)
You’ll Need:
✔ Confidence handling dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes
✔ Friendly, can-do attitude and great customer service skills
✔ A current driver’s licence and willingness to drive our Pet Taxi
✔ To be an Australian citizen or permanent resident ( or on a valid working visa)
Bonus Points For:
- 12 months or more experience in an animal-related role
- Skills in animal husbandry and behaviour
- Knowledge of cleaning/infection control procedures
- Comfortable with computers and learning booking systems
- Clear communicator who can work solo or in a team
