We make delicious plant based slices, cakes, and protein balls that are shipped across Australia. We’re a fast paced, respectful team that works hard and keeps things clean.
THE ROLE:
You'll be hands on with tasks like:
- Operating the protein ball machine
- Slicing brownie and dessert slabs
- Running trays and dishes through the commercial dishwasher
- Assembling and packing products
- Labelling and boxing desserts
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Cleaning machines, setting up and packing down
- End of day cleaning
- Heavy lifting (14kg–25kg ingredient boxes and dessert slabs)
DETAILS:
Start time is 7am. With a 15 minute morning break and a 30 minute lunch. We wrap up at approx. 3:30pm, Monday to Friday - no weekend work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, café, restaurant or food manufacturing environment.
- Solid food hygiene knowledge - you know how to keep things spotless and safe.
- Positive, upbeat, and hardworking. If you tend to grunt through the day or don’t take direction well, this won’t be the right fit.
- Proactive mindset. If something looks off, you fix it or flag it.
- Clear communicator. Friendly, helpful and not afraid to speak up.
- Reliable. You show up, you’re on time and you don’t let the team down.
HOURS & PAY:
Rate: $30 per hour
Shifts: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday only
Available: 3 to 5 shifts per week - we’re happy to offer full time hours for the right person!
