Tumbles Playhouse is a popular indoor children's play centre, café, and party venue. We're known throughout Melbourne's inner west for our fresh and wholesome café menu, clean play areas & awesome kids' parties.

- Prepare and serve food and coffee promptly and efficiently.
- Operate the coffee machine and make espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites.
- Handle basic kitchen duties, such as preparing sandwiches and deep frying food items.
- Assist with party food preparation, including plating and serving party platters, preparing party food items, and ensuring food is served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation and kitchen areas.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations for food handling and preparation.
- Help maintain a clean and safe play area for children.

Pay: $23.00 – $35.00 per hour

- Do you have hands-on barista experience making espresso-based coffees in a commercial setting using a professional espresso machine? Please note that barista training or a certificate alone is not sufficient for this role. We are seeking someone fully confident and experienced in preparing high-quality coffee independently.
