About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team player who is ready to take on a hands-on role with long-term potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and removing insulation in residential properties
- Manual handling, working in confined roof spaces, and using ladders
- Representing our brand with professionalism and care
- Opportunity to enter the Energy efficiency industry and Thermal imaging
No experience? No problem!
Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to earn a nationally accredited qualification in insulation installation.
Location:
This position is based in Wangara, WA.
Hours:
- Weekday shifts, starting at 6:30am with varying finish times
- This is a casual position, with potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs

- Physically fit and comfortable working in tight roof spaces
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
What You’ll Need (if successful at interview):
- White Card
- Police clearance
- Driver’s licence
- Proof of Australian work rights (e.g., birth certificate, passport, visa)
