We’re preparing to launch an exciting new site very soon and are currently inviting expressions of interest for a labourer operator to join from day one. We will be looking for further staff for the site in the next few weeks!
QA Build is a leading construction company working within GemLife with a long pipeline of work with resorts located in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Are you an experienced Construction Labourer Operator looking for a rewarding opportunity? QA Build (GemLife) Elimbah Residential Contruction Team are seeking a Labourer Operator to join the team. A brand-new site about to start construction of our Villas, we are looking for a CN licensed telehandler, an excavator operator, and a skid steer operator skilled in moving pallets and blocks in restricted space plus to dig, move and compact earth, if you have all three and don't mind mucking in with the labouring, you will be ideal for this role! It is varied and as mentioned will include labouring work. Experience within construction, be proactive about tidying the site and asking for work once finished a task and also both will be very health and safety aware.
Responsibilities and Requirements are one or all of the below as a labourer plant operator:
- All pre-starts on machinery
- Precise in excavation.
- CN License
- Telehandler License
- Skid Steer License
- Excavator License
- Taking direction and proactive in understanding what is required for the role.
- Ensuring that the site is always clean and tidy
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
- Australian manual driver's license
- Previous experience as a construction labourer
- A real understanding and diligent about Site Safety
