What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Team Leader: You’ve got the know-how to manage a garden from start to finish, including setting up and packing down.
- Self-Starter: Delegate tasks and keep the team efficient and productive whilst maintaining WGM’s high standard of quality on every job
- Client-Focused: You’ll communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure you deliver exactly what they’re looking for.
- Go-getter: You have energy! You have enthusiasm and you want to be the best version of yourself in being of service to others.
