About the Role
We’re looking for a Leading Hand Apprentice to work directly alongside our Director or one of our senior Foremen. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role ideal for someone eager to fast-track their career through mentorship, training, and real-world experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.
You’ll be involved in a wide array of landscaping projects and exposed to all facets of construction. From intricate stonework to pool renovations, you’ll be learning the skills that define a true landscaping professional.

Key Responsibilities
Under guided supervision, you will contribute to the delivery of a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Stonework
- Carpentry – decks, pergolas, timber features
- Retaining walls – masonry and timber
- Outdoor kitchen construction
- Garden lighting installation
- Concreting
- Planting, soil preparation, and drainage
- Irrigation systems
- Pool renovations
- General landscaping duties as needed

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A valid driver’s licence and their own vehicle
- Previous experience with power tools and basic construction techniques
- A polite and respectful attitude, aligned with our company image
- Good physical health for the demands of the role
- Prior experience in landscape construction is highly regarded
