The opportunity will allow the successful applicant to develop as a commercial litigator and lawyer by working on varied commercial cases at one of Brisbane’s premier commercial litigation practices under the guidance of practitioners known for delivering high quality work.

Our commercial litigation team is well known in the market as one of Brisbane’s premier commercial litigation practices.

About you
Your experience and capabilities will include:
- 2-5 years PAE in a high-quality firm
- very strong technical credentials and ability
- excellent written communication skills including the ability to write complex and technical advices
- outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team’s broad practice including: commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, building and construction disputes, commercial insurance/professional liability and regulatory matters
- skills to manage a varied case load involving many areas of law
- ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues
- sound judgment and commercial acumen;
- a proactive, innovative and energetic approach; and
- the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
