If you are passionate, reliable and ready to take the next step in your Early Childhood Education career, then Milestones Early Learning Coomera are looking for a Diploma qualified Lead Educator with at least 2years experience in Early Childhood Education to join our team in a float role, supporting across different rooms. This is a Monday to Friday position with flexible hours offering variety and the change to grow your skills.
You will need to be confident in creating and implementing full program planning and have experience using Storypark (or similar platforms). Be flexible, adaptable team player with a passion for children's learning and development.

About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
