We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join us full-time and lead by example in creating meaningful early learning experiences.
About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
As a Lead Educator, you will:
- Lead and guide your room’s educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning environments
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Model and support best practices in documentation, curriculum planning, and child safety
- Foster collaboration, inclusion, and positive team dynamics
- Support compliance and quality improvement processes
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
- Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
