Lead Educator – (Infants 6 weeks to 12 months)
Wingate Avenue Children’s Co-op is a not-for-profit early childhood service, where all funds are reinvested back into supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Educator to join our Seeds Room, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 12 months (currently 10–20 months).

About you:
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Experience working with infants in an early learning setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A commitment to high-quality practice and building positive relationships with children and families
Mandatory requirements:
- Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Child Protection training (or willingness to complete)
- Proof of full working rights in Australia
