About the opportunity
Join a high performing team within the Leadership and Culture Centre of Expertise in a 2-year Fixed Term opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that’s empowering leaders across the organisation to navigate change with clarity and confidence. With a focus on impact and innovation, you’ll play a central role in bringing to life two flagship leadership programs, Leading the Future and Activate, while helping embed a forward-thinking leadership culture across the enterprise.
This opportunity is open to Melbourne and Sydney applicants.
What You’ll Deliver with Us
Reporting to the Head of Leadership & Culture and working closely with the Senior Manager Leadership, you’ll lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of key leadership development programs. Success in this role means seamless execution, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end leadership development program management delivering tangible outcomes that support our leadership strategy. Your work will directly contribute to building leadership capability and cultural alignment across the business.
You’ll Also:
- Lead the scoping, scheduling and logistics of all leadership programs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage the deployment model for Leading the Future, including cohort selection, onboarding, program content, and facilitator coordination.
- Develop and implement systems to track program quality, learner outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
- Contribute to strategic reporting, including board updates and P&C stakeholder communications, while supporting continuous program refinement and embedding initiatives.
About You
You’re a proactive, adaptable professional with a genuine passion for leadership development and a strong sense of purpose. Known for your ability to build trusted relationships, you thrive in dynamic environments and bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to everything you do. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with the ability to get things done, and are energised by contributing to meaningful cultural and leadership change at scale.
You’ll Also Need:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management of leadership programs in large, fast-paced organisations, ideally across both white and blue-collar workforces.
- A solid background in HR, Learning & Development, or Leadership, with at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering high impact initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across multiple internal and external teams.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strategic focus.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, HR, leadership, project or change management or equivalent experience in a similar professional setting.
