2:2 FIFO from Perth – 2-hour direct. Flight options from Busselton or interstate will also be considered

Leading day-to-day maintenance on Emeco’s fleet of Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Komatsu machines
Supporting rental fleet servicing and breakdowns as needed
Maintaining safety and compliance to all HSE policies and site procedures
Working closely with site teams and stakeholders to deliver uptime targets and operational goals
Driving a strong team culture that values safety, reliability, and performance
Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter (Australian-recognised)
Proven post-trade experience with large-scale mining equipment
Leadership or supervisor experience on open cut mine sites
HR Driver’s Licence (preferred)
High-risk work licence (preferred – we also provide training!)
A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and the ability to lead from the front
Caterpillar: D10T, 16M, 789C/D, 777D, 992G/K
Hitachi: EX1200-7, EX2600-7
Liebherr: R9400
