About the role
We are seeking a motivated Leading Hand to join the field services team assisting with turf and garden maintenance and demonstrating their leadership skills to provide direction to the team when required.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain turf areas and gardens
- Assist with minor landscape construction works in our open space areas
- Ensure all machinery and equipment under the team’s control is maintained
- Contribute to creating a high performance team

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Current QLD ACDC Licence, or be able to obtain within 6 months of appointment
- Current MR Class Driver Licence is desirable
Upon commencement, the successful candidate will need to be immunised against Q Fever (if not already immunised), and pass a respirator fit test before they start wearing a tight fitting respirator and at regular intervals during their employment. Workers must be clean shaven or only have facial hair that doesn’t interfere with the fitting surfaces and the valve of the respirator.

This is a full-time position with a salary commencing at $72,430 plus 12.5% superannuation.
