Do you love the water and have a passion for teaching? Seahorse Swim School is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Learn to Swim Coordinator to lead our swim programs and inspire the next generation of confident swimmers.

Hours: Casual /Full-time
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience & Qualifications

We’re a community-focused swim school dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and professional environment for swimmers of all ages. From baby splash to confident strokes, our mission is to build lifelong water safety and swimming skills.
About the Role
As our Learn to Swim Coordinator, you'll take the lead in delivering an exceptional swim program, mentoring our instructor team, and making sure every student enjoys a high-quality and safe learning experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily Learn to Swim operations
- Supporting and mentoring swim instructors
- Coordinating class schedules and staffing
- Overseeing student progress and lesson planning
- Communicating with parents and caregivers
- Ensuring safety and teaching standards are met
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Holds a current AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher Certification
✔ Has First Aid, CPR & Working with Children Check
✔ Brings experience in teaching and program leadership
✔ Is highly organized, approachable, and passionate about swim education
✔ Can motivate a team and create a positive learning environment
