AquaZone is seeking a dedicated Learn to Swim – Teacher in Charge (TIC) to lead by example, support our team, and ensure the highest standard of swimming instruction and safety.
As the TIC, you'll play a key role in delivering fun, engaging, and effective swimming lessons, while supporting instructors, managing program delivery, and ensuring every participant enjoys a safe and positive experience in our Learn to Swim program.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about swimming education and water safety
- Confident in leading a team and mentoring others
- Committed to providing excellent service and student outcomes
- Organized, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator
Essential Qualifications:
- Austswim/Swim Australia Teacher Accreditation (or equivalent)
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Working With Children Check (valid)
- Experience in aquatic education and team supervision preferred

The Benefits
This position is a permanent part time role, working across 50/52 arrangement. The current salary is $70,937 per annum (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
