Your opportunity to join our L&D team in QLD!
We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic Learning Delivery Advisor to join our national Learning & Development team. Based in Murarrie, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering key learning programs across our QLD sites ensuring consistent, high-quality rollout and building strong local stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Learning Manager you will form part of a supportive and experienced national learning and talent acquisition team. In this role you will also assist with the coordination and administration of programs nationally, contribute to broader learning projects and be part of developing the future of learning within our organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging learning programs across QLD sites in alignment with national frameworks
- Build strong partnerships with local leaders and teams to ensure effective program uptake
- Assist with coordinating national program delivery activities
- Tailor delivery approaches to suit site-specific needs and operational contexts
- Provide feedback and insights to the national L&D team to support continuous improvement
- Participate in national projects and initiatives that enhance learning and capability development across the business
- Support reporting, evaluation, and learner feedback loops to improve program impact
- Travel across QLD and, when required, interstate to support program rollout
Key requirements:
- Experience in learning delivery, facilitation, or L&D advisory roles
- Confident communicator and facilitator, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a national team
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across sites
- Willingness to travel within QLD across sites and interstate as needed
- Passionate about learning, development, and creating meaningful learner experiences
