About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Workplace Culture, this role will coordinate, design and facilitate the professional development and training of all Congress staff, with a strong focus on supporting the growth and development of Aboriginal staff.
What we are looking for?
A person with:
- Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the community.
- Experience in Learning & Development with possession of Cert IV in Training & Assessment or the willingness to obtain.
- A passion for the development of workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans.
- Great team player with excellent stakeholder management capability.
- High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
- Current NT Drivers License.
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations if required.
