The role is responsible for reviewing and evaluating formal training initiatives to ensure alignment with the University’s strategic goals and capability development needs. It champions data-driven approaches to inform the development of internal reporting and support resources, guiding new strategic directions in the use of learning technologies. The role also assists with projects that support Centre objectives, while actively representing the University as a sector expert in select technologies. Staying current with generative AI and emerging tools, the role plays a key part in supporting ECU’s Curriculum Transformation Project and broader innovation agenda.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full time/part time, fixed term/ongoing position attracts remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
