DESCRIPTION
The Delivery Services Learning Program Manager will be responsible for executing the strategy for learning and development initiatives that support the business objectives of the Delivery Services Operations team. The Learning Program Manager will lead the development of training best practices and standards, enable implementation across the network, and share results with all operations leaders. The leader is responsible for using the Learning Organisation as a lever to develop and implement standard work practices and improve Safety, Quality, and Performance results, with a primary focus on T3+ leader performance and training return on investment.
Through the learning team and other resources, this position will design and facilitate training initiatives and communicate policies to new and existing leaders to ensure AU Delivery Services performance goals are met and/or exceeded.

Key job responsibilities
- Analyse and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
- Work strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs and work toward reducing / eliminating the need for training.
- Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement
- Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network focusing on change management
- Develop our training strategy for leader facing training programs with a high focus on technical skills and development
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
