Position Available: Learning Systems (3 days per week part time position)

About the Role:
We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated professional with experience implementing or managing HR or learning management systems such as ELMO and Dayforce. Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices is essential to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Systems Implementation & Management
- Lead the configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of the new HR learning system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure system design aligns with organisational learning and compliance objectives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the learning management system (LMS), including troubleshooting and user support.
- Manage data migration, user permissions, reporting, and analytics related to learning activities.
- Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of actions outlined in the Centurion Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
- Develop and implement a structured change management strategy to drive adoption of the new learning system.
- Engage and train key users and champions across departments to support system rollout.
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust change tactics as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
- Communicate effectively with employees and leaders to promote awareness and understanding of the new system and its benefits.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with HR, L&D, IT, and external vendors to ensure system integration, content alignment, and user experience.
- Provide training materials, user guides, and support documentation for employees and managers.
- Participate in continuous improvement reviews of the learning experience and system functionality.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience implementing or managing HR or learning management systems such as ELMO and Dayforce.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data and drive insights.
- Experience in creating and delivering user training and support resources.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
