What we’re looking for
This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive law firm that is disrupting the traditional practice area of Wills, Estates & Probate.
We’re looking for a highly organised and personable individual to fill our new role of Sales & Enquiries Coordinator.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Answering inbound sales enquiries for our legal services
- Following up and nurturing leads and winning new clients
- Helping our probate clerks and lawyers manage and progress active matters
We’re a fully remote company (even before it was cool)
- Have a young family and don’t want to miss out on your kids growing up? Great.
- Want to head up to Byron for a couple of weeks and work from there? Awesome - please share pictures :)
- We work from home or wherever we’re the happiest and most productive, with incredible amounts of freedom and flexibility.
Now, over to you…
- You’ve done (something like) this before. You have experience answering inbound enquiries and making follow-up calls to win new customers. Bonus points if you have experience in the legal field!
- You’re comfortable on the phone. You’ll need to be a people person, as you’ll regularly be on the phone or in client meetings.
- You have excellent attention to detail . Yes, the extra space after that full stop is killing you.
- You’re hyper-organised (maybe even with a love for spreadsheets). You’re comfortable working simultaneously across multiple live leads and matters. You count spreadsheets and CRM platforms are your friends and you’re proud of it.
- You’re excited to join a rapidly growing startup. As one of the early members of our legal team, you’ll have a significant impact in helping to shape and grow the function.
- You're available to wow our customers Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm. And of course - we don't mind where in Australia you work from!
