Lending Managers are vital to supporting Australian businesses through expert financial solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and experienced in complex financial analysis and credit standards for SME or Commercial banking. You will have strong relationship-building skills, ownership, and collaboration - especially with Credit partners. You will have experience in lending and settlement processes, and a solid understanding of credit risk.
What do I need?
You will be a key contributor to the Business Division’s goal of strengthening Australian businesses, responsible for:
- Executing complex Business & Home lending deals, maintaining high standards of deal quality and ensures first-time-right principles
- Act in an informal coaching role within the Lending team
- Advise and coach BDMs on lending submissions and financial analysis
- Execute complex credit proposals efficiently and effectively
- Holds authority to meet both business and consumer lending needs Collaborates with internal partners to deliver specialised, compliant solutions
