About the Role
IRT is investing in our leadership capability creating an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Team Leader to lead the design, planning, delivery and assessment of activity and lifestyle programs for our residents.
We’re looking to appoint interested an enthusiastic individuals to work in our Aged Care Centres at:
- IRT Woodlands (Meridan Plains): Permanent Part time role. minimum 32 hours per week
Your work will include:

Coordination of onsite volunteers
Liaising with internal shared service teams & external services and community group
- s Responding to employee, resident and client concerns in line with IRT’s complaints management policy (commence workplace conduct investigations as required
- ) Participating in Accreditation processes including preparation and site visit
- s Ensuring the management and delivery of the lifestyle program meets compliance standards and is in line with IRT polic
- y Participating in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members in line with IRT’s policies and procedures
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain
- ) Proven experience in a similar rol
- e Sound verbal, written, presentation, communication and interpersonal skill
- s Demonstrated problem solving, negotiating and organisational skills Ability to plan and prioritise own work and/or work of others to meet deadline
- s Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standard
