Full-Time Logistics & Machine Operator All-Rounder

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics & Machine Operator to join our team. Plastic Forests is an award-winning Australian company which specialises in manufacturing sustainable recycled plastic products.
This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a bit of everything – from dispatching finished products to operating machinery and coordinating freight.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing, packing and dispatching finished goods to customers
- Operating power tools and machinery on various production lines
- Ensuring quality control, accurate despatch labelling and records
- Booking and coordinating freight and courier services
- Maintaining production logs and purchasing consumables
- General factory duties and cleaning
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Forklift license – essential
- Ability to work morning shift - essential (from 6.45am)
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Explorer, Word)
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or machine operation
- A proactive, physically fit, team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
