About the role
- Fosters strong, respectful communication between Allianz and key stakeholders, including the MACC Commissioner and government representatives, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
- Collaboratively prepares high-quality written materials, such as memorandums and reports, in consultation with leadership and aligned with MACC values and voice.
- Guides the coordination and delivery of essential documentation, supporting teams to meet deadlines and maintain excellence in presentation and detail.
- Leads with empathy and care in responding to sensitive matters such as complaints and media inquiries, ensuring thoughtful stakeholder engagement and resolution.
- Nurtures a positive, inclusive communication culture by role modeling emotional intelligence, supporting strong governance, and engaging teams in key decisions.
- Brings a collaborative approach to communication and case management, drawing on claims experience to navigate complexity, build trust, and support fair, timely outcomes.
- Communicates with warmth and clarity, using strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to connect, influence, and inform with impact.
