About the OPPORTUNITY
We have new opportunities for Mechanical (Machining) Apprentices to join our Manufacturing Unit based at Edinburgh Parks in South Australia.
Edinburgh Parks, north of Adelaide, is home to multiple disciplines of our Australian business and offers the opportunity to work within SA's defence precinct.
We are now accepting applications for our 2026 apprenticeship program, commencing in February. It's an exciting time to join us and a great place to start your machining career.
As a Mechanical (Machining) Apprentice you will gain practical experience, whilst completing a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (1st class Machinist)
Key responsibilities include:
- Use workshop machinery to produce components.
- Develop skills around the use of instrumentation tools.
- Conduct quality control checks of completed works.
- Applying health and safety processes in the workplace.
- Contributing to improving business culture with regards to people, process and systems.
