Job description
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, responsible person a for part-time or casual role. The successful applicant will be responsible when the park managers are absent, so autonomy and professionalism is a must! This is a maintenance role which also involves some cleaning. The role is two - three days per week with occasional weekend work. Availability over peak holiday periods is a must.
Experience and skills
- Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening and landscaping
- General repairs and handyman skills
- Good customer service
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Trade and machinery tickets helpful
Tasks you’ll be doing:
- Mowing, pruning, spraying and general grounds maintenance
- Cleaning of cabins and amenities
- Waste management and removal
- Pool cleaning and chemical testing
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the park
- Basic office tasks from time to time
- Other reasonable cleaning and maintenance duties involved in running a caravan park with a mix of long term sites, short term sites and cabins.
The role will be working across both Diamond Waters Caravan Park and Dunbogan Caravan Park.

Pay: $33.00 – $47.00 per hour
