Cleaning Melbourne is a professional commercial cleaning company servicing a wide range of clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria. We're growing — and we're on the lookout for skilled Maintenance Cleaners to join our team.
About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Cleaners who are confident in performing:
- Steam cleaning (bathrooms, tiles, upholstery, etc.)
- Floor scrubbing (auto scrubber operation, hard floor maintenance)
- Window cleaning (internal and external glass, low-rise buildings)
- Detail cleaning (deep cleans, high-touch surfaces, edges, and corners)
These roles will primarily support our commercial sites including aquatic centres, office buildings, and high-traffic public facilities. Your work will play a critical role in maintaining hygiene, safety, and presentation standards for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Steam cleaning of tiles, change rooms, and other hard surfaces
- Deep cleans of bathrooms, kitchens, and high-use areas
- Window and glass cleaning using water-fed poles and traditional methods
- Operating floor scrubbers and buffers to maintain hard floor areas
- Detail cleaning of skirting boards, corners, door frames, and fixtures
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial or specialist cleaning
- Skilled in using steam cleaners, auto scrubbers, and other machinery
- Sound knowledge of chemical use, cleaning procedures, and PPE Physically fit – capable of manual work and equipment handling
- Valid Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $28.72 per hour
