Handyman – Part-Time (4 Days a Week) - Belmont and Harrisdale
- Part-time: 4 days per week
- Belmont: Monday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Tuesday 6:00am – 11:00am, Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Harrisdale: Wednesday 6:00am – 10:00am
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Good knowledge of general maintenance and repairs with strong attention to detail
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and make quick, sound decisions
- Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on delivering high-quality service
- EWP, White Card, and Working at Heights tickets are a bonus
- A valid driver’s license is essential
About the Role:
- Maintain the site by identifying and fixing maintenance or cosmetic issues
- Perform basic repairs (e.g. doors, locks, doorknobs) and general maintenance
- Carry out high-pressure cleaning, window cleaning, and other tasks as required
- Clean roofs and gutters (Working at Heights)
- Support general upkeep of the building, surrounding grounds, and equipment
- Maintain car parks: painting, fixing bollards, cleaning up waste
- Regularly inspect outdoor areas for cleanliness and safety hazards
- Work proactively with minimal supervision, solving issues before they become problems
- Always follow safety procedures and site regulations
- Training will be provided
- Work for a reputable well-known Perth based company
- 4 weeks paid annual leave, 10 days personal leave and 12% super
