Maintenance Person
Join our Engineering and Facilities team—the engine room that keeps Crown Perth running. This dynamic team supports the operations of our hotels and resorts, ensuring everything works smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team as all-rounder Maintenance Person on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful applicant must be flexible to work between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday
We are also looking for expressions of interest for Maintenance Persons to be available on a casual basis to work weekends. Please advise the role you are interested in when you apply.

What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance tasks as requested by departments and supervisors
- Use the Work Order system to manage and prioritise tasks
- Collaborate with team members and support others when needed
- Escalate tasks to supervisors when licensed trades are required
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience working in teams to achieve shared goals
- General knowledge of building services and maintenance practices
- Ability to organise your day and meet operational targets
- Comfort working across different departments and adapting to changing priorities
- Previous maintenance experience is welcome but not essential
