Join Suncorp as a Management Assistant
Are you a natural organiser who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Suncorp Group is looking for a Management Assistant to support three leaders—our Heads of Customer Transformation, Corporate Affairs and Digital & Customer Marketing.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping things moving, providing confidential and high-quality admin support. You'll be the go-to person for coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring the little (and big) things are taken care of—accurately, efficiently, and always with a professional touch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diary & Meeting Management: Coordinate busy calendars, book meeting rooms and catering, and prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Travel & Email Support: Arrange seamless travel experiences and help manage inboxes with prioritisation and discretion.
- Onboarding New Starters: Set up new team members with the tools and access they need to hit the ground running.
- Financial & Procurement Admin: Manage credit card reconciliations, process invoices, and raise purchase orders.
- People Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate org charts, directories, and assist with reporting across People, Risk, and Finance.
- General Admin & Co-ordination: Manage supplies, coordinate requests, support health & safety, contribute to risk and compliance efforts, and organise team events, offsites and functions.
- Team Culture: Be a positive force within the team—supporting collaboration, connection, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive or Management Assistant, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management—you keep things moving even under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you enjoy working with others and building positive relationships.
- A qualification in business or office administration is a plus, but not a must.
