We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Management Assistant to join our team to provide secretariat support to our business leaders. About the Role
The Management Assistant provides administrative support to the Global Head Professional Liability, two senior leaders within the business and will collaborate closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant. This role ensures seamless coordination across executive functions, enabling leaders to focus on high-value initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include, however, are not limited to:
- Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle relationship management;
- Travel & Expense Management: Organise domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expenses and invoices;
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan internal and external events, manage logistics, draft agendas, etc.;
- Communication & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders, draft correspondence, manage confidential documents; and
- Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, facilities, and onboarding of new joiners.

This position is based in Sydney, Australia, and form part of a global team with whom you will also collaborate on a regular basis.
About You
You will require:
- 3+ years' experience as an Assistant in a corporate environment;
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
