Job Duties -
-Evaluate communication practices related to export operations and recommend enhancements to ensure timely and effective stakeholder engagement.
-Leverage digital systems to monitor export status, maintain compliance records, and support real-time decision-making.
-Analyse current export workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that enhance data accuracy, processing speed, and compliance.
-Design and refine methods for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, order histories, shipment progress, and resolution outcomes.
-Coordinate the exchange of critical information with internal departments and external partners to support seamless export operations and service delivery.
Salary-$74,000 to $85,000 a year (Plus Superannuation)
Qualification-Bachelor's degree
Experience-Minimum 2 years
